Lea has been involved in buying and selling real estate, investment property and property management for over 20 years giving her a vast knowledge of the importance of service to her clients. She specializes in resort homes, investment and income property, 1031 exchange, and self-directed real estate IRA’s.
Lea is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Idaho and Mountain Central Association of Realtors, and the Mountain Central Multiple Listing Services (MLS).
Prior to her real estate career, Lea was a manager of an investment company and spent 15 successful years in sales and marketing management with IBM where she became a leader known for quality, service and results in everything she does. Lea is originally from Southern California and holds a Business Marketing degree from the University of Southern California. Her passion is to “help others fulfill their real estate dreams” whether buying or selling.
Lea is very active in the community. She and her husband, John, are founding members of the McCall Community Tennis Association. She is on the board of the McCall Community Improvement Corporation, on the Strategic Planning Committee for the McCall-Donnelly School District and an active volunteer at McPaws Regional Animal Shelter. Lea and John met in college on the international floating campus Semester at Sea and have two children. She enjoys Nordic and Alpine skiing, boating, golf, tennis and living the mountain life. After traveling around the world and living in the Midwest, New Hampshire and California, they both know that the McCall area is a very special place.
