Beverly Anderson, aka ‘Sky Lady,’ flies a tail-dragger through mountain canyons to remote strips in the Idaho wilderness, has her instrument rating, and obtained her floatplane rating in Alaska. Although she’s been a member of the 99’s, the International Association of Women Pilots, since 1984, for Beverly, flying isn’t just about the next rating or expedition. As a volunteer with Angel Flight, she has delivered patients for medical treatment and enjoys being a problem solver.
