Buttressed by a strong mechanical engineering aptitude, he initiated his mechanical career with homebuilt go-karts “before they existed.” That was the start of his prototype-seeking. It led him to building a custom log home business, creating aircraft vortex generators, the mechanical designs for the gyroplane, and overseeing an exemplary real estate company. Complex minds thrive on strategy and creation; so, when Michael qualified as a Real Estate broker, he immediately purchased his own company and built it to be the premier brokerage in the area. Providing his team of agents with a sumptuous location on the lake, efficient support staff, top technology, and weekly meetings, created a win-win atmosphere.
Michael has gone beyond traditional management. McCall Real Estate is the largest Real Estate office in McCall holding the market share of listings. That is not surprising given his nature for large-scale success. The key to his growing company is an emphasis on the brokers / agents themselves, rather than listings.
